To the rear of the living room are large patio windows that lead out onto the terrace which has a table and chairs for outside dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and benefits from a large fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board provided.

Off the living room are the 2 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside drawers, table lamps and fitted wardrobes providing plenty of hanging space. The bedroom is air conditioned. Just off this room is an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin with mirror over. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table with table lamp and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom is air conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Between the 2 bedrooms is the second bathroom fitted with a walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin with mirror over.

The urbanization has a shared swimming pool just a minutes walk from the apartment. It is accessed with a key and is private for residents.

Parking is on the street outside and is free of charge.

Car hire is recommended but is not essential.

Alicante airport is approximately 1 hour away, Murcia is approximately 20 minutes away and La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is 15 minutes away by car.

This is a lovely top quality apartment in a great location ideal for a families or couples wanting to be near to the beach but wanting a peaceful location.

Booking terms
How and what you need to pay: • All pricing is in Euro’s. • Payment can be made by bank transfer to Spanish bank account, by PayPal or by credit / debit card. • 25% deposit is required on reservation. • The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. • If your arrival dates are less than 6 weeks from your booking date, payment in full is required on booking. • The security deposit of 150€ is required with the final balance and will be refunded after your departure providing no damage has been caused. Cleaning fee of 80€ is applied to the booking price. Check in / Check out times: • Check-in is normally after 14:00. Please ask if you would like to check in earlier. • Check out is at 10:00am or earlier. Please ask if you would like to check out later. This may be subject to a late check-out fee. Late arrivals: • For any arrivals after 18:00 Monday to Friday and anytime at the weekend there is a €20 arrival fee to pay when you check in.
